Scholarship Information
The NCCA offers several scholarship programs to assist new and diverse delegations in building a successful Model UN program culminating in attending the NMUN-NY conference. We believe that our NMUN simulations benefit from participation of diverse populations. We define diversity in ethnic, gender, and international terms. We do not believe in quotas for any group.

NMUN•NY One-Time Scholarship Awards
Each year for NMUN-NY, four one-time scholarships are offered in increments of $2,000 and 1,000. Half are awarded to U.S. schools and the other half to schools from other countries. The criteria to be considered for scholarships include contribution to the diversity of the conference, and financial need. One award is given in honor of a former NCCA Board President and NMUN Secretary-General, Brian John Hayden.

Two smaller scholarships are available for our NMUN-DC and NMUN-International Conferences.  Contact scholarships@nmun.org or review the application on this page for details

NMUN•NY Multi-Year Scholarship Awards
Spread over three years, one scholarship may be given annually in increments of $5,000 in year one, $2,500 in year two, and fee waivers in year three. NMUN multi-year scholarships encourage development of Model UN programs in an international location.  Contact scholarships@nmun.org for additional information.
